Sweets are very important in our daily lives. If it is said that our food is incomplete without sweets, so it would not be wrong. Sweets are made from different things all over the world. People make sweet dishes and sugar is usually used for dessert. It is also added to tea and sweets are especially popular in Asia. Since we live in an agricultural country. So, in particular, we use different methods to get sweets. The most famous of which is the Jaggery.

We manufacture it specially and it does not require much factory. Let me tell you how to prepare it.

As I have said before, our country is an agricultural country, one of our crops is called Kamad! It is the only crop that grows after a whole year.

When it is ready, the farmer sells it to a sugar factory, which makes it into sugar through various stages and sends it to the market for our use. But some farmers do not sell their crop to anyone and decide that they will make something from this crop and sell it in the market so that they can make a profit without involving any third party. What do they do with it? Let me tell you!

They set up a small makeshift factory on the same land where they harvest, and cook sugarcane juice. Let me explain here that this factory consists of some pots and spoons. Let's move on now. After extracting the juice, they cook it on a very high fire and finally, it thickens and hardens, then the farmer makes its shells by hand, gives it a special shape and takes it to the market and sells it.
