Should I use Lightning Network?
Well, in fact, if you are not an advanced user, you cannot use Lightning Network yet. So, the only thing you can do now is to wait and see if the Lightning Network can be implemented instead of hyped, if it really works and describes it, and if it is safe.
Keep in mind that the Lightning Network is not the only scaling proposal, and it is by no means the undisputed leader in this competition. Bitcoin Cash (BCH) is its main competitor. The debate between BCH experts and Lightning supporters is fierce, and there is no end in sight. It may be that one of the proposals appears first, they may coexist, or there may be completely different solutions.
The Lightning Network sounds exciting. If it does provide, please consider what you actually use Bitcoin. If you use tokens as a long-term investment instead of anything else, you may not even need the Lightning Network, because entrusting it to handle large transfers does not seem completely safe.
However, if you view Bitcoin as an alternative payment method, it will be vital for you if the Lightning Network meets expectations. Instant micropayments, increased anonymity, and almost no fees-it seems to really provide a solution to most Bitcoin problems.
