Changelly.com Exchange Problem
Yesterday in the afternoon, I exchanged BTC for some XRP. I pushed my BTC through only 1 block and it was sent fairly fast to Changelly, but it took Changelly over 6 hours to exchange my BTC (2nd step on their website). I happened to see if Polonium was having problems and I was able to buy directly from them without any delays. I sent Changelly an email and I am still waiting for a response. The transaction has been confirmed and completed from Changelly's end but the XRP was never sent to my wallet. I copied and double checked the wallet address and still nothing. It has been over 15 hours now. I am beginning to worry and would like some help. If support from Changelly can kindly inbox me or send me a response, I would greatly appreciate it.
Sorry 4 that, i also have troubles with RXP, but now i use Poloniex to change my coins. And i have no problems. Maybe u try it out some time if u not already know it. :)
