RE: ~ 1 ~ Listen To Me By the Sea - On D.Tube

#fuckyoutube - they demonitized me not because I broke any rules, but because I wasn't popular enough. I first became monetized years before and met those qualifications, but now they made it so that only very popular channels get paid. They though small channels were liable to be not legitimate. What? Big channels are often professional productions. Remember when youtube used to be people hanging out with their webcam and not professional TV grade? That's DTube now. Get in and hang with the real people. <3
I totally just blocked all my family members on Facebook. Not just not friends - straight up blocked, so they can't even find me there. My family and I - well, the relationship is strained. They don't like me. They never have, even when I was a little kid. So ...nope, online is where my friends are. Not the haters. <3

I am so proud of you for setting those boundaries with your family. I have a feeling that you will be feeling much better soon!!! Once their energy leaves your fb life (it will stay imprinted for a while) you will feel so much space, ease, peace...breathing room. It will make you stronger. More resiliant to their games and bullshit. The way they try to belittle and drag you down. They don't deserve you Phe!!!! You are a rare special gem, and they would love to continue to dull your shine. thank you for saying

No MORE!

Oh, sorry! I didn't mean "just" as in "just now," I meant it like, "I just did this instead." I blocked them within the first year of my being on Facebook. LOL. I know lots of people who do it the way you do. Especially in the Pagan and LGBTQ communities, because their families aren't accepting of either. Yeah, I'm not maintaining two different profiles. ;)
They know I'm Pagan - my father even once specifically tried to cause family controversy by in front of my sweet, but very Catholic grandmother - she was one of the ONLY family members who I think genuinely loved me, ever - declaring "You don't even believe in God!!!" because I had given her a gift that she would enjoy (not a gift that I would enjoy, because the gift was for her - it was a religious gift). Luckily she was three quarters deaf by that point and she didn't hear him without adjusting her hearing aids, and my entire family of Catholics (besides my brother and myself), shushed my father real quick and practically hit him for trying to upset Grandma. That's the kind of family I come from. Ironically, my father only believes in God when he is terrified of consequences or some such, so it's not like HE was all devout and upset; he just wanted to make trouble. He gets nasty mean when he's drunk.

My goodness Phe, you NEED to write more books! <3 <3 <3 Such an interesting (and at times terrifying) life, and you're so good at describing it.

LOL! Thank you. I'm trying! :)
