The problem is the world will be a very different places with 2 mil bitcoin and 400k litecoin.
Yes you can trade some litecoin for any place you like, like anything in downtown Manhattan, but instead you will be trading it for a farm that isn't too close to a major city.
And you will be retired... but you will be growing all your own food.
Get into the mindset of trading satoshis for things that you want/need
Oh indeed, $400k LTC doesn't mean the buying power of $400k USD is worth much anyway so it's all about what the purchasing power can get you. I'm happy to stack sats every day watching it all go up in value over time. I think as you say it will be a more production-based economy than with less speculation and financialisation when you have a hard money people want and no one can control and you can buy wants/needs but people will want things that produce real value before parting with a satoshi or litoshi
