It's so strange to think that out of all the hours shooting we put in last week in the lake district I'm coming to the end of my new images. Ok, I'll probably still find a fair few more from the rest of the day, but I think I may have used up most of my sunrise shots at least. Still, when I think back to when I first started shooting landscapes it seems strange to think how pleased I was to come away from a shoot with just one good image. Honestly, that's still the aim now! Social media has a way of diminishing the importance of images like that. 1 per shoot, that's all you can ask, everything else is a bonus! So give yourself a break next time you finish up a shoot and feel that pang of disappointment!
