@biophil, so glad I came across this post. Many good posts in here. Feel free to data mine my blog. I've been told from a few dolphins that there is a lot of undervalued content. Maybe something is up to snuff to make you next lost content. I'd be super grateful if I'm worthy of the cut. All the best to you!

      Oh geez, like any author I'm proud of all my creations. I'd really like if you were the judge for yourself as you can decide what adds most value to you and the community.

      I have posts on real estate investing all they way to short stories and many motivational and life hack pieces.

      Thanks in advance for giving my posts a look. I've been grinding out content hard the past month. Actually off on vacation tomorrow morning!
