Who Am I?

I am a person, a human being full of emotion, passion, loyalty, and eagerness to learn and better myself and help others. My name is Maeghan. I am now thirty years old. My life up to this point has been a tale of happiness, sadness, love, and humor. As most of us, my life has not at all turned out how I expected. At first, it was a bit depressing, but, over time, I began to realize if my life had turned out how I planned or expected, it would become extremely boring. I am not a fan of boring.

I am adopted. I was adopted at the young age of 2 months. Growing up, I was always headstrong and determined to do things my way. I still can be that way but have learned to tone down my talents for it. I have always loved art, music, books, and movies. I think because I consider myself a dreamer and the media allows you to escape into the world of imagination and makes you believe anything is truly possible.

That is how I developed my passion for writing. I now have control over what is possible and what isn't in my world. I can take away, destroy, build, and bring back anyone and anything I want too. It's so amazing when you can create an entire world of your own full of your own characters and watch them come to life. This probably isn't a very good introduction to myself, but it is what I felt like saying in this moment. As a writer, that is what matters most.
