For me, being on Steemit and publicly expressing myself was a big step out of my comfort zone! The funny thing is in real life, I'm actually pretty extroverted, I love meeting new people, and love having conversations with pretty much anyone. But on social media, I'm quite the opposite, and tend to keep my thoughts/opinions to myself (like on Reddit, I was mostly just a lurker for years).

So when I found out about Steemit, I took it as a great opportunity to spice things up, and try it out, because I definitely needed a good change in life! Thanks for your post :)
