Per The Information’s report from a recent xAI stakeholders’ presentation, Musk aimed to secure $4 billion at a $15 billion valuation to scale up GPU count from 10,000 to 100,000. Following strong investor demand, Musk upscaled the fundraising target to $6 billion at an $18 billion valuation.
