Macphun's Luminar for Mac has been around for a while. They've been working on a Windows version and recently allowed people to download the beta version for free. If you are interested, here's the link: https://macphun.com/blog/luminar-for-windows-public-beta

A viable replacement for Google's Nik tools which have been discontinued, Luminar works by providing you with a set of adjustable filters. If you find a combination that you like, you can save them as a preset or a workspace. The difference is that the workspace just saves the selected filters with their default values while presets also save any adjustments to the default you have made. (The ability to save a collection of filters is not in the beta, at least not yet, but is promised for the final release which will also allow you to share them with other users.) The beta comes with a nice collection of pre-installed presets.

The photo above of a yellow Ranunculus was taken in a garden in Chicago, Illinois. I used the Luminar for Windows beta to apply a preset called Vivid Dreams.
