Clean or not?

I was wondering why my MacBook Pro is getting hot by normal use. I thought it would be a good idea to check the ventilation and inside it I found this, the result of 5 years.

After cleaning it, the temeratur went down by about 15`C 👍🏽

Had anyone the same adventure?
