Conocybe Filaris - macrophotography
These mushrooms are commonly found on lawns and are native to the Pacific Northwest region of the US. Whilst it doesn’t look immediately inviting as a snack its appearance in gardens brings it into closer proximity with people than many other mushrooms.
I've taken these photos several years ago when I found these "toadstool" looking mushrooms in my flowerbed. They were so tiny that I had to lay flat on my stomach to capture these shots. Hope you'll enjoy them!
These were about 3 inches in hight, so needless to say it took me a while to get these shot.
I hope you enjoyed my mushroom macrophotography. Thank you for visiting.
