Steemit Challenge Season 29,W-4 | Creative Insect macro videography
Hello everyone!
Today after completing my jumping jacks fitness session in the park I found the three amazing insects & I was decided to film & photograph them for this challenge. All were found in the Euphobia Park 2.
1. Leptoglossus occidentalis on Sunflower:
On the broad leaf of a common sunflower, I spotted two Leptoglossus occidentalis insects resting together. Their distinctive leaf-shaped hind legs stood out against the green foliage.

Details: I think It's Approximately 16mm in length & brown with white markings that perfectly camouflaged on the sunflower leaf.

Note: I was shoot 2 different video and both are attached below.
2. Wolf Spider on Dumb Cane:
Moving to a cluster of Dumb Cane plants. I discovered a Wolf Spider hunting between the striped leaves. The contrast between the spiders earthy colors & the plants green-white foliage created a striking visual.

Details: About 10mm body length, active hunter, three rows of prominent eyes visible against the Dumb Cane background.
3. Argiope anasuja Spider on Dumb Cane:
On another Dumb Cane plant nearby, I found an Argiope anasuja spider in its beautifully constructed web stretched between leaves. The spider's yellow-black patterns complemented the plant's coloration.

Conclusion!
Discovering these insects on specific plants added context to their natural habitats. The sunflower provided a perfect platform for the Leptoglossus occidentalis, while the Dumb Cane plants offered ideal hunting and web-building environments for the spiders. This experience showed me how different plants support various insect life in urban park ecosystems.
