Weekly Distribution #10: Amazing Growth Rate
We had another successful distribution today. Since the 1st of March, we had 10 distributions. Each week we are seeing impressive growth.
This week the community outdid itself. Last week, we distributed to a bit over 66,000 people. Over the last 7 days, we saw an increase of almost 12,000 people signed up and verified. The distribution this time was over 78,000.
That is roughly a 18% increase in a week's time.
Thank you to all who diligently passed out the referral code. This is a community initiative. The only way we can combat a problem on the scale of global poverty is with the help of millions of people. With the group that is forming, we believe we are off to a great start.
The countdown is on to the next distribution. Once again, we ask that all help out by posting the referral code wherever you can. Each person signing up 1 person is a great help. Every household should be receiving Manna. This is our intention.

Manna team are obviously already aware, but when a tech-solution is chosen, a phenomena named the network effect will come to action.
Bitcoin is the leading coin because most people is holding it, and it's
therefore the most attractive for new investors. But you have to buy it. The UBI nature of Manna, and the referral program, can boost adoption in a rate capable of outperforming a lot of projects. And probably at some point hit escape velocity, where number of users will moon.
Is manna still only exchanged on southxchange? Is there an exchange where we can trade manna directly for steem?

Southxchange is the only exchange Manna is traded on at this time.
No there is no way to trade manna for steem directly at this point.
We are optimistic that can happen in the future.

100K...that is what I am excited for....another couple weeks and that hurdle should be cleared.
I often ponder at what point does the growth go through the roof? It is hard to guess when a network effect takes place.
I am sure there are some studies that tell us what growth rates can be expected at certain levels based upon the mathematical formulas.
UBI is really a hard idea to swallow for many. I get a lot of "scam"s and "lol"s when promoting Manna. Maybe just something new tech and ideas will have to deal with.
as always, new ideas need time and effort to promote. Everything that is worth needs effort. First they laugh at you, then they fight you then you win.
