Healthy Muchies after a Puff
We've all been there. If you've ever had the worst case of the munchies, you'll devour everything in your path. Not literally. But literally when it comes to food. You'll probably crave the farthest from the healthiest when it comes time to decide on how to carry out your ganja induced binge eating desires. Enter this delicious bowl of "fruta fresca"(fresh cut fruit). You can use almost any fruit but maybe not all fruits (I probably wouldn't find avocado appetizing in a fruit bowl). In my example (first pic), I'm only using two fruits which are orange and jicama. I topped it off with fresh lime juice, tajin, and tapatio hot sauce. You can get as creative as you'd like by adding fruits like mango, cucumbers, pineapple, watermelon, the possibilities are abundant. Just be mindful that toppings such as tajin,tapatio, hell even the fruit itself, can contain a decent amount of sodium and other ingredients like sugar. If you would want to do this the absolute healthiest way then don't use any the toppings although a little lime juice won't hurt.![fruta rica.jpg]()
