Every now and then, my mom & I enjoy going to Soulard Farmers Market in St. Louis on Saturdays around 3-4 pm when farmers do exactly what you mention. Though you may find yourself limited on the quantity and supply of finding things you originally intended to purchase, the thrill of getting an excellent deal on a bushel of homegrown tomatoes or trays of strawberries is unforgettable! We divide the goodies between grateful family members so nothing spoils and gets wasted.🍅🥒🍏🍓🥬
