Our Role:
PGIM Investments is seeking a Digital Marketing Analytics Manager to help drive its digital transformation initiatives specific to marketing analytics. This individual will be a highly motivated strategic thinker, responsible for analyzing contact lists, validating data sets, and regularly building and auditing dashboards. The successful candidate will work with PGIM Investments Marketing groups to discuss requirements and visual layouts for analytics dashboards that are needed to prepare reports on current Marketing initiatives. The candidate will continually deliver actionable insights to our partners and report on trends, as well as conduct ongoing evaluations to enhance our marketing technology ecosystem to meet clients’ needs, achieve business goals, and ensure that data is an important focus in marketing decisions. This position reports to the Director of Marketing Analytics.
Your Impact:
Results and engagement
Report and present on insights related to our domestic and international websites, create engagement conversion rates within Tableau
Build on the current analytics process for advisor campaigns using Salesforce reporting and Tableau dashboards
Provide updates at quarterly reporting and review sessions with Paid Media and Management teams on performance outcomes of current initiatives
Data management focus
Drive automation of manual processes, such as webinar/conference call attendee and registration analysis
Integrate our social media platform data, and build Tableau dashboards to provide analysis on client marketing key performance indicators (KPIs)
Analyze personalization tracking opportunities and determine how to associate engagement activities with a specific contact within our customer relationship management
Strategic analytics
Continuously conduct industry research, including trends, competition, and opportunities
Continuously evaluate the current data analysis process and make suggestions for improvement
Your Required Skills:
Understand data visualization platforms and how integration with data should be built to maximize data integrity
Have solid presentation skills, as weekly, monthly, and quarterly review sessions are held on insights derived from Tableau dashboards
Be well-versed in marketing automation management, as we’re continuously looking to optimize our current process
Exhibit a keen awareness of marketing campaign construction and attention to detail, which is required to understand our current data and how different data sets can be used together to tell a better story
Your Desired Skills:
A strong technical background and a good appreciation for analyzing user behavior
Self-driven and highly analytical
Ability to work at a strategic level and simultaneously execute on a tactical level
Strong background in campaign, website, email, and social media marketing and analytics
An outcome-orientation approach focusing on measurement and KPIs resulting from activities, not just the activities themselves
Adept creative development and storytelling skills to help create and analyze Tableau dashboards
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work with Digital and Marketing teams, as well as stakeholders across the company, to align analytics execution with business outcomes
Experience in Adobe Analytics and Salesforce; advanced Microsoft Excel skills; and other data collection, analysis, and visualization toolsets (Tableau)
Bachelor’s degree is required.
3 to 5 years as a digital marketing analytics professional, including digital/technology, company/agency
