Has a marketing manager you should have this business plan in mind why preparing for the market research which are completing the market analysis, analyzing the business physical and financial including the people resources, planning a market strategy to control the market present conditions and finding the best way out with the company resources.

Market analysis is a process that depend on the nature of and business type, business location and it market serves, what the business is offering, market competition, business marketing target and resources available.
All my point listed above are for the security of the business, the market analysis are the analyzed of data and concluding, the conclusions are the market strategy of the company.

Research is very important because is will let you know how your business is developing and if it has a place in the market for the future. This is to assist you about the customers, competition and suppliers. The research are divided into three parts which are, setting the perspective for your research, locating your information for the research and research questions.

• Setting the perspective for your research: this research is basis on your stance(accounting, auctioning or career planning) it could also be categories on the product mix( health preparations, desktop publishing or waste collection), the research could also be used for your kind of business ( accounting firm, video store and multi level marketing).

• Locating the information for your research: this are research information from the common sources such as government, industry and consumer publication.

• Research questions: they are different way of using the research questions it could be us by describing the trends of the company, influencing the market, business revenue, growing market and increasing market.
