I noticed one small thing though - one of the slides says SBD accrues an annual interest of 7%. That part isn't true. It is a variable rate controlled by the witnesses. Currently it is at ~3%.
Maybe can compromise with 3% - 7% as it may fluctuate.
It can go to 0 or even negative (technically). It can also go way above 7%. There is no set range.
