M*A*S*H M*O*N*D*A*Y*S Welcomes You!!
Mash Monday Week Three
In this third episode,
both Hawkeye and McIntyre fall for the same nurse, the absolutely stunning Nurse Margie Cutler played by the beautiful doe-eyed Marcia Strassman.
Major ‘Hot Lips’ Houlihan spitefully transfers Nurse Cutler to another unit to torment Hawkeye and McIntyre, and the doctors strike a deal to enter McIntyre into a boxing match with a deal to have Nurse Cutler transferred back to the MASH 4077 unit. Let the hilarity ensue!!
I doubt that either Hawkeye or McIntyre
had to put a lot creative effort into pretending to like Nurse Cutler. I hope that you will enjoy this episode with me and laugh along as the two doctors vie for Margie’s affection. This episode proves that love is worth fighting for and is very entertaining. As always, the minor role that Radar plays in the episode is simply wonderful like a MASH version of Gilligan. But smarter. Much smarter LOL.
I have left a lovely memorial to Marcia Strassman
in the MASH4077 discord Chapel. She passed away in 2014 and is sadly missed by many.
Here is the memorial I wrote for her
in the Chapel along with a link to the MASH4077 discord. Thanks for reading and feel free to stop by the MASH anytime, especially if you are feeling down and out. I try to make myself available to chat daily with anyone in need. You are not alone in this world and in this life.
You are lovely, and in case no one told you today, you are beautiful.
Marcia Strassman ~ Nurse Margie Cutler MASH 4077 April 28, 1948 to October 24, 2014. A bright and shining light in this world and an absolute treasure to watch on MASH, Honey I Shrunk The Kids, Welcome Back Kotter and much more.
She was also a talented singer who had some moderate success before returning to acting. Sadly missed, we celebrate in remembrance the lovely person you are. Marcia passed away at her home in Sherman Oaks, California from advanced breast cancer. We celebrate your wonderful contribution to the six episodes you appeared in the MASH series and thank you for the wonderful memories.
Love,
Bug!
