Today was a lkng work day and very emotionally draying we got the call tk ckme say our final goodbyes to a family member however we hope shell take a turn and pull through shes a tough woman and has given her all for this recovery.

Hubby cleaned for me while i was at work which i very much appreciated, didnt do a real workout because it was a high anxiety,stress day but we all pulled together and we got tjrough it.
