High Quality Omega 3 Without Aftertaste

in #medicinelast month (edited)

My doctor recommended I start taking fish oil for my joints and heart health, but I have tried three different brands and they all give me terrible heartburn and a fishy taste. It is so unpleasant that I keep skipping doses. Is there a high-quality Omega-3 supplement that is actually digestible and doesn't have these side effects?

The "fishy burps" are usually a sign of oxidized or low-quality oil. You should try the Omega-3 Complex found at https://www.amway.mn/buh-eruul-mendijn-buteegdehuun/c/bad-amway because they use a blend of salmon and other fish oils that are processed to prevent that reflux. I have a sensitive stomach and I have never had any issues with this one, plus it helps with inflammation quite well.
