The existing reality is a creation of your mind

What is outside of yourself is in fact a mirrage of something inside of you, you could classify it as convictions, toughts or memory's. It is a theory wich is the contrary of the lessons we, westerlings have received and in wich the pressure of the christion-jo-ish traditions are enormeous. It is alot easyer for us to shift responsibility to others en play the role of victim: that is way more simple to not question yourself.

But it is not correct. Whatever happens, you are not the victim. You never have been! you and you alone are 100% responsible for everything that happens to you.
It seems in first instance hard to accept. But it is the key of the complete HO'OPONOPONOproces. That is why it is necesary to own this idea before you can use thet technique fully.

A negative tought shal create a negative reality!. With a positive tought you create a reality of harmony and peace. En in that moment you need to realize that everything is inside of yourself! This way of thinking is mostly quite hard to make it your own. Till now we lived in the assumption that the other is responsible and that the things we experience are comming from outside. With HO'OPONOPONO we just look at it inverted. In fact there is nothing that changes. We just did'nt know we where unconcious creating our own reality.

Really confusing your post this makes my head dizzy in understanding every sentence you make. you are great @brothermic

From the point of view of our own psychology, yes, we do create our own reality with our thoughts and our attitude. But it is not true that reality is created by us, reality is there, either if we exist or we don't.

The human race could cease to exist like dinosaurs ceased to exist and reality will continue. Unless you understand reality as the interpretation we make in our brain of the universe, in which case that kind of "reality" is created by us, but is not really a reality in the first place, but just our interpretation.

So what is reality, we are just starting to learn about it, we need to conceptualise and simplify in our brain reality so we can understand it. For example we see colours and touch objects but in fact we are only detecting with our sensors (eyes) electromagnetic waves in a quite narrow wave lenght (light) and "touching" is the consequence of the quantum behaviour of the parts of our sking and the object, in other words touching is the result of the interaction of the quarks and gluons out of which we are made of with the quarks and gluons that we are "touching". In fact the concept of "matter" is very misleading as it is nothing "solid" but only the result of the interaction of the quantum fields.

So in resume, yes, we alone are 100% responsible for everything that happens to us (self responsibility vs. victimism) our thoughts and attitude has an effect on what we achieve because of physiological and social conditioning. It can also modify how we interpret reality in our brain, BUT we do not create reality although we are part of it and can modify it with our actions.

Yes, true. The reality is perceived different between different people. The observer effect in quantum mechanics is probably going to shed some light on this in the future.

Thanks for the post! I couldn't agree with you more. Our thoughts indeed create our reality =]

Yes, we are 100% responsible, but not for what happen with us, we are responsible for the choice we do. After the choice is made we cannot change circumstances and consequences of our choice. Like pills in Matrix - make the choice and then happen what have to happen.

Yes! So true brother! When we truly take responsibility for what transpires in our life, we are given the power to change and move in inspiring ways. Staying positive and acting from the heart is the start.

Thank you for sharing this @brothermic!
