The Future Of Memes (And the Status of This Account, and Discord)

Happy first day of summer everyone. Today, I have finally returned to steemit and have many things to share.

Holy shit, has it really been 11 days since my last post? I can't believe it. If you all don't mind, I am going to be serious for a moment.

You see, summer has been hectic even though I am out of college. I wont go too much into it, but the main problem is that I am struggling to get a job. I have been given the run-around, ignored, and constantly lied to by all these employers. I have become so desperate, that I am now thrifting with my girlfriend to find rare things that I can buy for a few bucks and sell them online for a small fortune. Not only that, but now I come back to find out STEEM dropped to FUCKING $1.60! WhAt THe FUcK!? I PUT NEARLY $70 INTO THIS.

Okay, okay, I am cool now, I am cool. If anything this just makes me tempted to buy some more while it is low. But yeah, don't worry though I have not left, or even considered leaving steemit. In fact, I have been preparing to use D... something. Whatever that streaming service is that uses steem. Why is everything revolving around this blockchain start with the letter D? That just reminds me of how the term "D" back in middle school meant Dick, cause you know, we were edgy enough to imply it just not say the actual word.

Anyways that's all for seriousness. Now it is time for meme.

The future of memes is looking dark... at least for those living under the festering parasite that is the EU. Article 13, no joke, could make memes illegal. How so? Let me just give you the gist of the fucking article; If you use a clip, picture, or even sound from anything that is not yours, regardless of context or the US standard of fair use, it will be marked and taken down.
