I would hope so I spent the time working out around the cost. I did not level up all my resources evenly and then have to sit there for 2 weeks watching it all waste away waiting on uranium like so many. All expect copper to try and not have 50% of it wasted away during that time I up uranium one more level since it really only good place I had to burn it. Still enough to fill many landfills!
