Same for me, I've had a pretty normal childhood, but now I started to suffer from depression after i graduated university. I think there is still a big stigma about mental illness from people who never experience it. Thanks for sharing your experience to educated people.
The stigma around it is almost as bad as the issue itself. People need to be aware, know at least some of the signs. Happy face doesnt always equal happy place
