  • NONE OF THEM HAVE ANY SIGNIFICANT EFFECT IN PREVENTING HEART DISEASE. 
  • DON’T PREVENT DEATH DUE TO OTHER REASONS EITHER. 
  • LONG-TERM USE IS NIACIN (VIT-B3)AND ANTI OXIDANTS IN FACT ASSOCIATED WITH AN INCREASE RATE OF DEATH 
  • FOLIC ACID ALONE AND B-VITAMINS WITH FOLIC ACID ,B6 AND B12 HELP REDUCE STROKE RISK.
