Guy we do many things in our daily routines but its not easy to do same things constantly. When we see that others are earning much from this method we started applying the same methods and we probably fails because we didn't concentrate and focus much on one thing and we started to demotivate themselve by doing little or no labour. So today I bring you 3 simple steps you could take to construct higher rituals and make motivation a habit.

Step 1: An amazing pre–sport recurring starts by means of being so smooth that you could’t say no to it. You shouldn’t want motivation to start your pre–sport routine. If for example, my writing recurring begins by means of getting a bottle of water. My weightlifting habitual begins through putting on my lifting shoes. those tasks are so easy, i will’t say no to them.
