Omega 3 GOOD OR BAD?

Hello Friends, In this blog I will tell you the benefits of taking Omega 3.

In bodybuilding, only few bodybuilders consumes omega 3, others ignores or dont know about this because they dont know how omega 3 is important for our body.

There are almost 11 omega 3 fatty acids. Out of 11 only 3 omega 3 fatty acids required for our body i.e. alpha linolenuc acid(ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

So, Here are some benefits of Omega 3:

  1. Omega 3 helps in improving Heart health

  2. Omega 3 helps in reducing high blood pressure.

  3. Omega 3 helps in preventing blood clots.

  4. Omega 3 fights with Depression and anxiety.

  5. Omega 3 helps in preventing various body diseases such as diabetes.

  6. Omega 3 reduces the body and joint pains and makes it healthy.

  7. Omega 3 makes the skin healthy.

  8. Omega 3 reduces the cancer risks.

A Person can take Omega 3 naturally by foods or by supplements.

Foods which contains Omega 3 fatty acids:

  1. Wallnuts
  2. Salmon
  3. Flax seeds
  4. Chia seeds
  5. Soybeans

Omega 3 Supplements:

  1. Optimum nutrition fish oil
  2. Now omega 3
  3. Bsn fish oil
  4. MuscleTech Platinum 100% fish oil

Food supplements usually contains Steroids and not good for health so I prefer to avoid these suppliment
