Eating water not drinking water

Many of us have read and heard that we should drink a lot of water everyday do you think thats the right way to drink water

Water is a essential need for the body but drinking lots of water everytime can cause harm to the body which effects can be seen later

Then whats the right way to drink water especially now everywhere there is a trend to drink water bottle everywhere we travel in home we drink lots of water at one time is this is the right way

Drinking glass of water every time can dilute your blood and because of it micronutrients in the blood cannot reach to your brain bcz of dilution in the blood and other effects are also seen then what is the right way eat vegetables and fruits atleast one time in day fruits and vegetable contains more then 90%water by which body get hydrated slowly with ease

Drinking water with bottles will only get you in toilet you should drink water but in needed way not to drink every half an hours drinking everytime water can harm to the body and most of it doing it daily consume water from fruits and vegetables also which will benifits the body in a great way
