Coin Market Cap - Finding The Data You Need
Minds.com has been a small ongoing project for a number of years now (I joined them in 2018). They've had their challenges staying afloat in the brutal bear market after to 2017 bubble pop as well as the ongoing censoring of good information across the world. They have recently made some exciting moves and launched the Minds coin on a few exchanges.
The price action of Minds can be found on Coin Market Cap but what's missing is the market cap and circulation supply. The circulation supply is updated and presented on the Minds.com platform and that can be used to estimate the market cap and back-calculate the circulation supply (based on a daily increase of 0.1%).
The Circulation supply seems to have started out at around 9mil coins. It was back-calculated based on an estimated daily increase of 0.1% (obtained from the Minds.com website) which is currently at 9.79mil. Please see the below graph showing the circulating supply as well as the price (circulation supply on the primary axis and price on the secondary axis)
The market cap started out at $5mil did take a small dip at the start but it has recently taken off and has increased nicely to just under $30mil. The below graph shows the market cap on the primary axis and the circulating supply on the secondary axis.
Conclusion
Information on the project has only started being released recently and it is only available on three exchanges.
This project may have some exciting upside in the coming months as interest in the project increases with the shot up in the price of the coin. It started trading at 35c with a low of 15c and recently made a new ATH of $3.40.
