SAY NO.

Every day you are going to be distracted, so when you are working on some thing that is very important, you need to focus. 

So how to say NO ? 

Ability to do that stands from being clear on what is that you want to trade your time for. Well, you need to be crystal clear of importance of your project. You can say no to many trivial things, if you have priorities in order.

Consider making NO your default. 

No to other people ( you know those people in your life who always want something from you, but they do not give anything back). People who are like - can you help me whit that, can you do this for me, can I just talk to you for 30 minutes...NO YOU CAN NOT !

Time is your most precious asset if you use it well, but if you do not than their is not enough time to do the things that you want to do or accomplish. 

If you are not clear on what you want, than their is time for everyone else but not for you.

Make NO as default and then move to yes. Yes to right opportunities, yes to right people, yes to right circumstances.

Say NO to yourself 

It takes a lot of self discipline to be able to that, but it is essential. 

What I mean is that you say no to yourself, when you watching TV for 4 hours every night.

Say NO, I should not waste my time on replying 100 e-mails, that I do not need to answer right now.

Say NO, I should not play video games all day long...

SAY NO TO ANYTHING THAT TAKES YOU OFF COURSE !
