Its as if success for success sake has become the case, we know have a generation of wantrepreneurs who only go into business for success not to make a difference or provide a superior product or have a passion for that industry. We have struggle whores who are more interested in promoting themselves and personal branding than creating value in the market.

I think this attention economy has helped drive this constant need for approval to be deemed a success. You can be successful and no one needs to know, you can call it quits on your rate race any time but we don't.

The definition of success is different for everyone I suppose but if its centred around attention and greed its going to be a never ending persuit
