FAILURE IS NOT IMPORTANT TO GET SUCCESS

We all have some goals in our life and wants to achieve them but if people get defeat in their first attempt , they give up and don't try at next . and some think that 'If he can not do it , how can i'. But they never think that the mind and thinking is different , May he won't apply right way and you know that way .

It was early morning and i was sit just like that ,then one of my friend phoned me and start chit-chat . During phone he showed his interest towards civil services then i concerned him to take advice to my senior .

Today I am sharing story of my senior brother , Name is Mr. Sangh Priy . He belong to a middle class family Father is an employ in office and mother is house wife. He started his journey from a small town kanpur, India whe he was in fifth class then he participated in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Entrance Exam conducted by Government . It is a fully scholor exam if you will qualify it then you will get education ,hostel, food and all daily uses items free of cost .Sangh Priy cracked this exam and get entrance in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Kanpur Dehat .

6,7,8 are basic standard of education , Sangh Priy was also enjoying his primary education with his friends .
Now it was 2008 and he was in 10 standard , all were busy in studying because all were preparing for good grades , Final exam were on head . It was fight between career and life so all were trying to put their full efforts .

Exam had been over, in result Sangh Priy was topper . starting 11 a coaching foundation name DAKSHNA(founded by ex-alumni of JNV) came our school to select condidate for free IIT coaching for 2 years under the guidance of best faculty .

Sangh Priy crack that exam also and get selection in DAKSHNA . In 2010 he became topper in 12 . simultanously He prepare for 2 years after that he get admission in IIT-kanpur in his first attempt . Now he was engineer but interested was in civil services , Engineering and civil service is polls-apart , But he was continue . Now it was last year of engineering , all were expecting a good package with him but he refuses all packages .

He participated in UPSC exam for first time but unfortunately get failure in his first attempt . So he decided to prep for it and went delhi , After one year again he became IAS aspirants and now it was a golden time , He cracked all exams with interview and secured ALL INDIA RANK-93 .It was 2018 and Now he is an IAS trainee in LBSNAA Mansoori.

Here i got one thing that it is not necessary that you can not get success until you won't get failure because if you have strategy and zeal then only one and only one thing can stop you to achieve your goal and that is only you . If you have mindset to do something and enthuziast about that then sure you will win your goal .
