Hi @ritch. Thank you for dropping by and your input. I find you comment interesting. I don't think you are talking about multi-tasking here, just switching your focus, is that right?

A little later in this series, I'm going to address multi-tasking. But would also comment that when you focus on the most important thing in the moment, I tend to believe it is also enjoyable, at least for me.
