Downvote has created specialists in the negative vote, but it seems to me that, not only users like this, they should give reasons about the negative vote. He also applied it to me, for no reason.
Decentralization in the blockchain has its caveat. Haters will hate without control like this downvoting without valid reason. I just hope they get their minds together.
