How do you set up windows for an AMD gpu mining rig?

Hello,
I've been running into some freezing/instability problems with my four amd r9 280x mining rig. Seems like the problem is my drivers, how should it be done correctly? Should I install drivers for every card one by one or should I just plug all of them in and install drivers that way or should I just let windows do the work? And which version of drivers would be best?

Any help is very appreciated, here's my specs:

4x AMD R9 280x,
Asrock h81 pro btc r2.0,
Intel Celeron G1840 stock,
10gb ram,
2x 1000w psu (one per two cards).
