I wrote for about 130-140 days in a row, but real life kicked in so now I cannot write posts that much.. But you said it well, if you can't write it once per day, do it at least every 2 days. Or if you will write a very very good and big post, you can write every 3 days...

That's what I feel as an optimal thing for most of the users.
