Hi @renodakota,

It is because of the Steem price and your Steem Power.

At the current Steem price ($0.97) your 100% upvote with your 31.625 SP worth less than a cent (about $0.007). It is still added to the person's Potential payout but you can't see it.

You would need at least 35.2 SP to have an impact of $0.01.

I know it's sounds discouraging but if the Steem price will go up or you will make more SP, either way your upvotes will worth more in the future.
