Why I’m Stepping Away from the Charts for a Moment (And Why You Should Too)

Is it just me, or does the world feel a bit "too fast" lately?

I spent most of my morning today staring at my Steem wallet and refreshing market news. By 11 AM, I realized I hadn't even looked outside. It's so easy to get sucked into the numbers—the APRs, the delegation rewards, the price movements. We talk about "passive income" all the time, but the irony is that we spend so much active energy worrying about it!

I decided to take a forced break this afternoon. I made a proper pot of tea, sat by the window, and just... existed. No phone, no notifications.

What I realized is that my best ideas for content and my most rational investment decisions usually come during these quiet moments, not when I'm panic-scrolling. As we head toward 2026, my goal isn't just to grow my account, but to make sure I'm actually enjoying the freedom that crypto is supposed to provide.

How do you guys stay grounded? Do you have a specific routine to "unplug" from the blockchain, or are you a 24/7 warrior? I'd love to hear your tips on avoiding burnout.

Anyway, feeling refreshed and ready to get back to work now. Wishing you all a peaceful and productive day!
