The latest onr being if you own 5 property's or more, you can get a tax rebate from government for up to 55%. You just have to lease the property's out. So the owner now only pays 45%for the property but the poor tenant that has to rent still pays the full bond rent plus interest. Absolutely disgusting what governments are doing to their people...
