This is just an update on my article The rise of Bitshares in Ripple thas was posted a month ago.
I said:
Bitshares is on an uptrend at currently 0.85 BTS/XRP (this means you can buy 1 BTS with 0.85 XRP). It looks very probable that Bitshares may achieve parity in terms of Ripple in a couple of weeks from now.
Today BTS is trading on the 0.90 BTS/XRP level, but it peaked 0.978 BTS/XRP just a few days ago. Mathematically did not reach parity with XRP, but was very close. I still think BTS is going to reach parity in the near term and that it is currently on a short term correction after reaching the 0.978 BTS/XRP peak, still is not clear if it will trade below 0.85 BTS/XRP during the price correction.

Hi @falco! The "consequences" depend on the trading position of each individual. A month ago I was just describing a new market for Bitshares. So if you wanted to buy BTS using XRP there and because by then it costed 0.85 each, then the consequence (if BTS price would have gone down) in terms of XRP would have been a "loss".
Buying at 0.85 with a current price of 0.89 is still a gain. 0.978 was the peak. In terms of trade 1 or 0.978 is nearly equally good.

It's the same I am talking about. Technically it is BTS.Ripplefox/XRP and it means "Ripplefox's BTS IOU on Ripple". It is working since months now and in my opinion it is one of the best alternatives to trade BTS due to the insignificant trading costs.
