Keep up the good work. We need more moderators in a central place. I already came up with a system that could make moderators money for their work with efficient record keeping! Just all go to any of these tags: #moderation #moderating #moderator #moderators #moderated #scams and see which place gets the most popular, because that's the place you want to be as a moderator :)
