Hello Steemians,

This post is rather out of concern and is of course a question.

I know that the whole purpose of crypto-currency is anonymity. I am however concerned with the fact that terrorists and money launderers are able to fund and fuel their illegal activities effortlessly.

I am a newbie in the crypto world and was just wondering if there are any algorithms that steem has put in place to maybe look for suspicious patterns and maybe block such activity.

Please educate me.

Really an interesting question - for which I sure have no answer.

It happens with every currency. U can't avoid it. If you compare the goverments bank system with cryptocurrency i know what i should choose. There is a chance criminal activities will happen. But with you current currency its happening on a much lager scale. Just google Rockefeller or Rothschild and you will find out they are the ones controlling our current system under the puppets we call president/king/dictator. The ones controlling the money control almost everything.

Interesting. I am not aware that oversight on
steemit is available yet.
