Thank you for this reminder. What has prevented me from making money in the past was my own laziness, which stemmed from this upbringing during the rise of the instant gratification culture that we now live in. Most people are not willing to do the hard work necessary to build something for themselves that can generate revenue and do so on a level that can allow us to quit the 9-5 life and start pursuing our true passions in life. That was my curse for the past 28 years of my life, but now I have taken steps to try to retrain myself away from instant gratification and towards putting in the work necessary to truly grow and develop. Reading books, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, reading informative and educational articles, etc. Nothing is out of the question when it comes to me actively working towards building a real future for myself outside of the 9-5 rat race of society.
