I really don’t understand why some developers haven’t stepped in and redevelop those abandoned malls ⁉️ I have a TON of awesome ideas I think would be profitable . One of them being why not make them into mini indoor cities ❓All the infrastructure is there already . Imagine if you will that you live in a place not at the weathers mercy . With groceries , dental , doctors , etc etc just outside your door . I think they would make great retirement villages , and people could do their mall walking right next to their homes .
