Poles for Sale Denver Colorado monomad

These interesting poles were for sale at a street festival @bxlphabet attended on a trip to Denver Colorado. They look metal, but are made from glass. The same chipped glass holds them in place in their containers.

They are also not white as they seem to be in this monochrome edit. What color do you think they are, and how would they look the best?
