I agree it is not natural. As explained in your great write up. Funny it is also the title of the latest Noel Gallagher album ""Who Built The Moon".

    I noticed the name of album when I research the Moon. Most likely dude know something, but it is hard to talk about this stuff openly...

      Yeah, I have heard Noel Gallagher say that he chose the title from the book you mentioned. He has read it.
