The way I see Mormonism after leaving it three years ago

In the 19th Century an insignificant little American gold digger claimed to be a prophet. This so- called prophet exploited many people, including women and girls that he lured into plural marriage. He encouraged slavery and inequality of race and gender.

Today there are still 15 million people who have no problem connecting themselves to this man and see his exploits as a commandment of God. He claimed to have seen God the Father and Jesus, when today, even the historicity of the Biblical Jesus is being questioned. (understatement)

The latter-day prophets claim to be called of God too. They do not condemn these acts of the past, because that would uncover their misleading claims to prophet/apostleship and still do not practice equality of gender.

Yet, I am the mental person here that is apparently being controlled by Satan. The one being laughed at, the one being the enemy for criticizing these people and "taking away" their religious "freedom".

Parents still teach their children that this was a good man, that they should look up to him, because He was chosen by God to restore the true gospel of Jesus Christ. They condition their children to believe in and to follow the latter day so called prophets.

This church is still exploiting people today. Using their members to run the church for free, even the cleaning of the facilities, when they demand 10% of people's income to be worthy to enter their temples. Random members are called to serve in different positions in the church by other leaders. These people sacrifice their time and services for free. That includes at least three hours of their time on a Sunday. They do not need to be qualified to serve in any positions in the church.

In fact, many people go see these unqualified and unpaid leaders for advice that range from domestic violence and sexual harassment/abuse to addiction, with no legally binding confidentiality. All because these leaders make them believe that God chose these people to serve there.

So, considering all this, I should show people my respect and keep my mouth shut about the injustice I see taking place? That does not even include the people suffering from depression or committing suicide for not being able to uphold the standards of the church. Members keep telling me that is not how they see it, clearly, they don't see it, they choose to love this injustice, because they are too emotionally attached to their beliefs.
